Tajee.onl (referred to hereinafter as "tajee" or the "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all tajee services. By creating an account or using any service on tajee, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Nagad — Mobile financial service by the postal department.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the tajee support team.

All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered under a third party are not accepted, and tajee reserves the right to reverse such transactions.

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal from tajee:

• The account must have a completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met for bonus funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Tajee typically processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of receipt. However, if verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal processing times are ultimately at tajee's discretion under its terms and conditions.

Tajee may request additional verification or temporarily place a hold on payment for withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or unusual. This is done for your security.

Tajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit for new members. Withdrawal is not permitted until the specified wagering requirements are met.

• Cashback: A percentage of losses incurred within a defined period will be refunded.

• Attempting to collude with other players to influence game outcomes.

Tajee reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of registration using false information is found.
• If evidence of fraud or forgery is found.
• Where multiple accounts are found.
• Where illegal financial activity is suspected.

Users who wish to close their account at any time may contact the tajee support team. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a terms violation.
